Digital photographs taken underwater or above land with the wrong white balance set or the incorrect set up may have a colour cast. This can be corrected (see right) but it is not always that simple. The cast may be required to achieve a particular mood, such as yellow to add warmth and charm but may require enhancing further to achieve the desired result.
