Light and Shade - Darkness underwater

Light and shade can be used to increase the impact of a photo. Just like in the darkroom the image can be dodged and burned and the contrast increased or decreased. Sometimes they can be your enemy particularly underwater, where the deeper you go the less red light there is, which can cause your images to be very blue and dark. Once in the "digital darkroom" more often than not these problems can be over come.
