| I was given a 2 x 3 photo taken around 1946. It was faded and torn and generally in a sorry state. Within 24 hours of mailing it by Special Delivery I received a proof by E Mail. It was thrilling to see what Neil had done . I ordered a few prints and received them three days later. All I could say when I opened the envelope was "WOW". From start to finish Neil "held my hand" electronically. E Mail queries were answered almost instantly. This company certainly looks after its customers. 10 out of 10. I will use Image Restore again with no hesitation and, if you are looking to have one of your photos restored, look no further. |

| The work I requested was very complex and required far more than just conventional restoration. The work carried out by Neil was exceptional and I am extremely pleased with the results. I was kept informed of the progress of the restoration and considering the amount of work done I thought the price was very fare. I have already commissioned more work from Neil and have other projects that will be passed on to him. I spent a long time looking for the right person to carry out the work I required and I am pleased to have found the right person. |

| I had a very small, ripped, creased, very old black and white photo of my grandmother and my mother. My mum had this on her calendar as it was very special to her...it was in such a poor state that she was going to throw it away. I had it restored and enlarged for my mum's birthday...she cried. This was the best present I could ever have given her and so I thank Image-restore for their brilliant work. Communication and service in general was excellent and I will definitely be using the service again. Many thanks. |

| I am so pleased I picked this web site, Neil Rhodes helped me personally and all of my email enquiries immediately and was very clear and honest about what could be achieved and approximate pricing so I had an idea of the cost before proceeding. I wanted to get my nan and grandad a special present. They were married in 50's so pics were all black and White. My nan said how colourful her wedding actually was with the bridesmaids each in a different shade of pretty pastel. Neil made the imagination of that colourful day come to life and I fully expect tears of joy when they open that on Xmas day. Thanks again to image restore for making it such a pleasure with a fantastic outcome. |

| I submitted scans of two old, faded and creased photos in the hope something could be done with them. I have been delighted with the service I have received and the quality of the restoration. | Cropping and some restoration of an old family photo was completed very swiftly, but to a very high standard. | Neil dealt sensitively and very sympathetically with my request to adjust a photo on behalf of a family who are grieving the loss of their baby. The outcome was remarkable - an image that could be treasured and adjustments were made whilst keeping true to the original. | The photo i was having restored was the only photo in existence of a family member and wasn't mine so i was a bit nervous about sending it. Neil kept me informed from the moment he received it (recorded delivery) until it landed back on my doormat (registered post). I received e-mails with copies of the photo letting me see how he had improved the quality and the prices which would be charged for the work. I was able to pay instantly with paypal. This is the most trouble free and stress free transaction i have ever made and i would recommend Image restore to anyone wanting their treasured photos restored, enlarged and duplicated. | I had a photo of my late Mum, and me as a baby, that had great sentimental value. Sadly it had become damaged & stuck to the glass in the frame. Neil scanned it through the glass, and the photo is as good as new. Cannot thank him enough, customer service was excellent & there was a speedy turnaround despite a postal strike. Would recommend to anyone & would use the service again. |

| A wonderful service. We had many water damaged photographs that we thought were lost forever. Image restore did an amazing job at restoring the photographs and re-printing them.
The service was extremely fast and efficient. Neil was easy to contact and communicate with, a reply was never far away.
The payment methods were safe and secure and the experience on a whole was exceptional.

| My Mother had a 70 yr old photo of my Dad taken when he was 18 which she has had since they met. It was badly damaged and when he died last month I thought it would be nice to have it restored for her. Sent it to Neil who has done a fantastic job. She was absolutely delighted with the result. | Had a 50 year old photo, which was in very poor condition, restored and edited on the Fast Track service. Photo was an old wedding shot and was urgently required as a surprise wedding anniversary gift. Service was great, turned around our total piece of work in 24 hrs, gave helpful advice re scanning and what to send to get the best work done, quality of final product was excellent all round. Couldn't have asked for more and will definitely use this company again for any similar pieces of work. |

| 2 photographs were in need of restoration. 1 was very badly damaged from a hot drink, the other was time-damaged. At every stage, from initial enquiry to receiving the finished photographs, we were consulted with and each stage was explained. The clarity of this service is exceptional, you know exactly what the costs are determined by, what the expected results may be, and throughout it all the communication is excellent. From start to finish has only been 2 weeks. We will recommend Image Restore to all our friends and family without any hesitation, In fact we are already arranging to have some more work done. |

| I sent some wedding photos in that were taken by friends in a rush and I was unhappy with them. There was not even a photo of just myself and my husband and a photo was created from two separate photos and it is absolutely perfect and just what I wanted.
