| I had five photos restored; four of which were between 90 and 105 years old. The originals were folded, faded, torn and tatty. The restored photos are amazing quality; in one there is a figure that is barely visible in the original that has been restored back to life.
I will be using Image Restore again and will definitely recommend to others. |

| The speed of response was extremely good both in terms of answering my original questions and delivering the final product. The colour photo I wanted restored was only able to be improved in black and white but there was completely honesty and no hard sell. Very pleased! |

| The 9 x10 original Photo ( a group of approx 80 soliders) had been torn into four and as a result some detail was missing or only partially available. The restoration by Image Restore was so good that not only were superb 9x10 photos produced but also 30 inch blow ups from which you would never guess the state of the original. A great, friendly, professional and speedy service - perfect! |

| Neil did an amazing job on our photo of our beloved dog we had damaged. We thought we wouldn't be able to ever see it restored, until we found Neil and his business. | Neil made a beautiful job of restoring an old photo affixed to a piece of glass. The glass was splintered and had a corner missing as was part of the photo. The service was quick even though he had a bout of flu he let me know and returned the photo quickly and in what I imagine was its original condition prior to being damaged, excellent work. |

Neil did a wonderful job in creating acceptable portraits cropped from small, old, poor quality originals.
He also patiently answered all my silly questions and shared his knowledge of the product enabling me to make an informed choice about the finished photo.
I will certainly use again and have no hesitation in recommending him.
I contacted other internet companies for a quote and am still waiting for a reply. |

| I asked for my baby photo which was badly scratched and my parents faded wedding photo to be restored.

I contacted Neil to see if a photo of mine which had water damage could be restored, because it had sentimental value to me, and needless to say I didn't bother to make a digital copy, nor did I have the negative.
Neil was extremely helpful and kept me informed via e-mail every step of the way. The restored image is excellent and I now have both printed and electronic versions! |

| I had two old photos restored by Image Restore. I am very pleased with the end results and I was particularly pleased with the regular updates from Neil and the speedy turn around.
The photos were for family gifts and now the recipients are digging out other photos to be restored! I would definitely recommend Image Restore. |

He talked me through the process and gave advice regarding the prints. The proofs were e-mailed within a couple of days and the order arrived within ten days.
