| I have a family photo that was stuck to its frame after water damage. I posted this to Image-restore and within a week I had a digital image and hard copies of the repaired photo. I could not ask for a better service! |

| At 23.00 I contacted Neil via his website and emailed him a scan of a badly damaged picture my mother had given me, by 09.00 the next morning Neil confirmed he had received the scan and could restore the picture to it's former glory. I could not have been happier with the result, the picture looked like the day it was taken, I don't know how he does it but he does, I cannot recommend Neil's services enough. |

| We gave Neil some outline idea of the changes we wanted to make to one of our wedding photos to fit into our signature mount we had done instead of a guest book Neil took on board our thoughts and did a fab job and the photo looks better than I had expected. |

In attempting to remove some backing material on a very old photograph I had on loan from my 90 year old aunt (in order to read the date on the back!) I put a pen knife right through it - it was a picture of her mother!
I was both delighted and amazed at the quality of the repair and especially pleased at Neil's almost instant responses to several emails. And all in a single day - from initial inquiry to completed repair. |

| I had an old image of my grandparents on their wedding day which was not in a very good state, with missing parts and stains.
I would highly recommend Image Restore. The Service was Great, Neil was very helpful, friendly and communication was very good. The pics came out a lot better than I expected. I would definitely use Image Restore again :) |

| Royal Mail decided to 'lose' an old photograph that was sent to my Mother. Luckily I had scanned (very low resolution) the photo onto my computer. This grainy small image was the only record that I had of this memory. Neil was very helpful from the very first phone call and has touched-up and sharpened the image, so that I have two new quality photographs that can now be framed and HAND delivered to my Mother. I sent my nan & grandads wedding photo to be restored. It was very dirty and was creased. The copy that i received back was as near to perfect as possible. It was more expensive than i expected but i must say it was worth every penny

| 7 wedding album pictures were altered to remove some people, also a colour change was done to one of the page boys hats. Excellent work, with a great deal of attention to detail. The way the background was recreated and people moved from one picture to another was amazing; something I didn't think would actually be possible. Also, this was done a lot quicker than I expected with excellent communication and suggestions throughout. Highly recommended. |
