| I sent neil a badly torn and cracked photograph of my father dancing, which is the only one we have from his days as a dancer. He repaired everything i asked him to and improved on the overall quality. Neil was excellent to deal with and gave a very fast turn around both with the actual work and in communicating by email. | I found the company via an internet search as I live in rural West Sussex miles from any significant shops. As a complete novice at scanning with no understanding of 'file formats', I was talked through the whole process. When I got it completely wrong...I was successfully talked through the whole process again. A very small ancient photograph came to life and the detail was significantly clearer. Neil even followed my instructions about when he should return the final prints so as not to spoil a birthday surprise. I am sure the recipient is going to be delighted. |

| Image Restore scanned some old black and white negatives for me and transferred them to disc. They provided standard prints of each; enlargements can be ordered but will require further restoration work on the negs. This was all explained to me very clearly and the work was undertaken in a very short period of time. I was delighted with the outcome and would definitely use the company again. |

| My wife was recently passed a hand painted photograph of her Nan pictured with her Grandpa, who died over 30 years ago. The photograph has been handled daily since the day he died and as such has become badly damaged, folded, faded and torn. Knowing how much this picture means to her Nan, I sent a high resolution scan of the photograph to be examined and less that 24 hours later I have a perfectly restored image that I can now blow up and frame. I am truly thrilled with both the level of service and more importantly the results. I never believed restoration would look this good. I cannot honestly give enough praise for Image Restore. |

| After being failed by another 'big name' company (who had wanted 14days to do the restoration) I contacted ImageRestore to see, with 3 days to go until I needed the image, if they could help. Neil carefully reproduced and restored some old family photographs which date back to the late nineteenth century. The end product is excellent, and I now have several prints which I am able to share with my sister and others.
Neil clearly enjoys his work and I was impressed by his enthusiasm. I posted the originals to Neil and followed his careful instructions which ensured they got there safely and intact. He worked very quickly to send me proofs by email and made sure everything was returned to me by recorded Royal Mail services.
I would thoroughly recommend Neil to anyone. |

| We can all tell tales of woe of receiving poor customer service. It seems common place these days. I'm delighted to say that Image Restore is one of the exceptions. My priceless 140-year old family photos were carefully handled, I received excellent advise on what to expect, the work was done well and promptly, and the price was very fair. I will continue to use them for all my restoration projects. |

| The restoration quality of a 1920s portrait of my grandparents, badly creased, badly faded, and torn into three pieces, is utterly astounding. It was also done extremely quickly and with superb customer service. Value for money is more difficult to quantify but the quality of Neil Rhodes' work is brilliant and my restored photograph is priceless. Highly recommend |

| My parents' wedding photos had a horrible red tint that had really spoilt them over the last 30 years. I asked Neil to remove the tint as I wanted to give my mum her new and improved wedding photos for her birthday this year.
