| I wanted several photos from the 1900s to be restored. I have had photos restored before with other restorers. Image Restore were by far the most professional - they gave me a lot of information and advice and I was in no doubt that they would do a good job. I received the proofs online after a day and they were very clear - I couldn't believe the enormous improvement on each one. I have been thrilled with the results of the photos. I have some other old photos which l wish I had had restored as well. I would not hesitate to recommend Image Restore to other prospective clients. |

| I wanted to restore a severely faded picture of my parents on their wedding day to give them as a gift for their Silver Wedding Anniversary. Neil at image restore was extremely helpful even talking me through how to scan the photo at a higher standard. So not only do I now have a fantastic photograph which I never knew was so colourful, I have also learned how to use my scanner more effectively! | I sent a small, very damaged, torn, old colour photograph from the 1960s which has great sentimental memories for my elderly father. After just a few days I received two incredible 10x8 colour prints of the picture after full restroration, as well as a 6x4 size. The quality is incredible, especially given the poor state of the original. I can't wait to show my father, he will be speechless! What particularly impressed me was the prompt and clear communication from the company throughout the process, from the initial response to my query right through to the delivery email. I always felt that a precious photograph was in safe hands and I am delighted with the result. I will definitely recommend this company and use the service again. |

| I was truly delighted with the photo restoration achieved by Image Restore. The 90 year old photo was badly damaged, particularly round the facial area. By the time Neil had worked his magic you wouldn't have known it wasn't in original condition. The work was turned round very quickly and communications were excellent throughout. | I sent an old photo that was stuck in it's frame to Image Restore to be scanned and re-printed. I can honestly say that I have never received such good customer service. It was truly exceptional. Neil was always on e-mail contact, and I felt the I could fully trust him, which is incredibly important when dealing with such personal and special things as photographs .I am absolutely delighted with the outcome of my photos and will definitely be referring Neil and using him again! |

| Neil managed to restore a very old, damaged and faded photograph with fantastic results. He responded promptly to my initial enquiry and turned the work around very quickly - the whole transaction took less than a week and I was kept fully informed every step of the way. I only wish I had found Neil earlier - a previous attempt of having an image cleaned up and re-printed by another company resulted in a very garish and poor quality print that could not be used as intended. I would definitely recommend Neil and Image Restore and will certainly use them for any future needs. |

| I found this website very helpful and they answered all my questions. The quality of prints were amazing as i did not think they would be as good .The picture was 38 years old of me and My mother who passed away recently so you can imagine i was over the moon and it they made my wife cry |

| My daughter was still born last year and was too tiny for any hat to fit her. Neil was able to transfer a little bonnet onto her photo and it looks like she was actually wearing it. It is wonderful for me to have this, as her mother I always thought she looked cold without it. Thank you very much Neil for your excellent work, it looks like she was always wearing it |

| I live in London, and couldn't drive to a shop, therefore I chose this company from the information and 'vibe' I got from the website.
I spoke to Neil on the phone, and felt from speaking to him, that I was in safe hands. He gave me a good guideline of what he could do, roughly how much etc, and I was confident to send our tiny, ancient yet precious originals to him. The restoration work was spectacular, the enlarged prints perfect, all sent back within a few days. The price was also very reasonable considering the time he had to spend doing the work. The service I received was excellent, would highly recommend this company, without reservation. |

The prices seem to be the going rate.
The communication and turnaround was very efficient and quick. Decided to go ahead with order on Friday and received photos on Wednesday.
The photos were of a good quality and were probably the best that could be achieved from old colour tinted photos one of which was 65 years old and the other 55 years.

I asked Image Restore to attempt to re-inject some life into a very faded 40-year old school photo of my wife and sister-in-law that had been sitting around unnoticed and gathering dust for years.
It was quite a challenge, but they got on to it very quickly (2 days from first inquiry to finished product) and did a really terrific job. This involved a total of four proofs as we tried to get the colours just right - I am grateful for their patience as I was being quite exacting.
As a result of their skills I now have the charming photo that I had hoped could be extracted from the very unpromising original material.
I could not be happier, and will definitely use this service again. |
