Blurring for photo restoration
Blurring is a way of defocusing details. Photo restoration and blurring, is not something that i would recommend. Using blur to blend the edges or images together should not be used. Blurring for photo restoration should only be done if the initial image is very soft focus and if adding an object, person or sky that is sharper focus this can then be blurred to match. Some noise or grain may need to be added to match the original texture of the image
